§    Personal information we obtain from your transactions with us, including the process of handling claims, policy changes or other forms you complete.  

§    Personal information we obtain from government agencies.  



To the extent permitted by law, Roy H. Reeve Agency may disclose the previously described information about our customers and former customers to service, process or administer insurance related business. It may be necessary to disclose the above information to facilitate the offering, administration and delivery of the insurance related services we provide.  

There may be occasions when Roy H. Reeve Agency is legally required to disclose information about you in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a governmental agency.  

Roy H. Reeve Agency employee access to customer personal information is authorized for business purposes only. We restrict access to the nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know such information in order to provide services to you. Employees who have access to customer information are required to protect it and keep it confidential.
